Heantun Housing is a charitable organisation whose primary business is the provision of rented housing at affordable rents for those in most need. 

Heantun Housing is an exempt charity and a housing association registered with the Housing Corporation and is incorporated under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965.

The Association’s mission is to improve housing opportunities and to provide advice and support for people who live in the area in which we work: Bilston, Wolverhampton, the Black Country and Staffordshire.  As a charity the Association’s main driver is not a profit motive; instead we depend on our tenants, customers and partners and an understanding of their requirements to ensure that what we do continues to fit the bill.

Heantun’s housing stock of over 1,000 properties includes sheltered housing for older people, modern general needs self-contained flats and sheltered and supported housing for people with particular support needs.
